You set the time, and swing by our restaurant and pick up your order, ensuring our fresh and flavorful barbecue is the star of your event.
We will bring the food packaged in disposable pans and set up the buffet completely. The buffet can be delivered as individually boxed meals, if you need that.
Elevate your event with our full-service catering. We deliver, set up, and provide attentive staff to serve your guests.
Experience the magic of barbecue right at your venue with our onsite Pitmaster bringing food, grills, smokers and servers. It’s an unforgettable culinary spectacle.
Our signature service is the C&B Barbecue Buffet. The Buffet comes with your choice of meat, chicken or fish entrees, fresh side dishes, fresh buns, signature barbecue sauces; plus disposable utensils, plates and cups. All buffets also come with your beverage choice of sweet tea, unsweetened tea or lemonade, including 1 gallon for each 15 guests.
As you can see, all entrees and side dishes are priced per guest. Our unique and time-tested portioning formula satisfies all guests, from the heavy eaters to the lighter appetites. It isn’t necessary for you to over-order, just provide a high-confidence estimate of the guest count, and we’ll provide the perfect quantity of food.
Your buffet is delivered in disposable warming trays with disposable plates and cutlery for your convenience. If you like, we can even provide your buffet as individually boxed meals.
